This Course Is For You If:
Commit at least 15 minutes a day to reading the emails and doing the exercises. The Vision Board creative exercise will take more time and is optional, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to visualize your future self realizing your goals and dreams.

For 10 consecutive days, you will receive a daily email that both teach you what an abundance mindset is and aid you in its adoption. These emails contain powerful daily affirmations and easy-to-understand written lessons on the various aspects of an abundance mindset. These are the primary tools you will use to change the way you think. In addition to these, you will receive a daily lesson on how to create a Vision Board, and Mindset Music that helps embed what you’re learning deeper into your subconscious mind.
In order to adopt an abundance mindset, you first need to understand that one of the awe-inspiring features of the mind is the interconnectivity of its functions. Imagination or intuition can trigger autonomic bodily reactions. A certain smell or sound can set memory off, which evokes emotion. Emotion can act as a glue securing beliefs and memories in place.
This interconnectivity can be brilliant when we understand its pathways and feel empowered to control or direct them, but when we don’t, this gift becomes a curse and leaves us helpless to phenomena like anxiety attacks.
Fortunately, it’s never too late to change the way we think because another amazing capability of the mind is what’s known as neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity simply means that the mind is moldable.
People used to think that the brain only changed physically during the formative years of childhood and adolescence, but we now know that the brain can rewire and transform at any stage of our lives.

Anchoring & Repetition
This course incorporates two-time tested tactics for change: Anchoring & Repetition. The reason that many goals & vision boards fall flat is that they fail to fluently speak the language of the subconscious mind. Anchoring & Repetition work simultaneously on the conscious and the subconscious parts of the mind for a deep and lasting effect.
Just as learning and memory are linked, the senses, imagination, emotion and memory are also linked. By employing more subconscious functions toward any desired outcome (in this case an abundant mindset) we create more neural connections and pathways relating to our future reality. We have more potential associations that remind us of our vision.
Anchoring is a technique that associates a specific stimulus with an emotional or mental state. It involves linking a physical action, smell, sound, symbol, or word to a desired emotional response. By anchoring positive emotions, individuals can access and reinforce empowering mental states whenever needed, facilitating a shift in mindset and boosting confidence and focus.
Why do we get more of what we focus on? It’s because repetition is a powerful tool in mindset training that involves consistently reinforcing positive thoughts or affirmations. By repeatedly exposing the mind to empowering messages, individuals can override negative thought patterns and rewire their thinking.
The continuous repetition of daily affirmations and the subliminal messaging contained in Mindset Music helps embed new beliefs into the subconscious, leading to a transformative shift in mindset and fosters a more positive and abundant outlook on life.
This course is a tool to help you change the way you think.
